Paying by Gift Card

Want to pay by gift card? No problem.

We accept gift cards online but we do require you to give our friendly customer service team a very quick call and they will give you 2 options of how to use the card…

1. Our Customer Service Team will create the order for you.

Call our customer service team between 9.00 a.m. and 4.45 p.m. (any day apart from Christmas Day) on (01208) 869923 or email info@annscottage.com and provide the following information and they will place the order for you:

  • The 21 digit number from the Gift Card
  • Details of the products you wish to order including sizes if applicable
  • Delivery name and address details
  • Confirm email address and telephone number

*Please note if your order total exceeds the amount on your gift card, our customer services representative will email you a PayPal request to enable you to pay any outstanding funds on line. *Please note that a PayPal account is not necessary to utilise this service as you can check out as a guest. (Unfortunately, we are unable to take card payments over the telephone).
