Can’t be at home to receive your delivery? Live out of County but heading for Cornwall for an amazing holiday and want to grab your wetsuits, boards and clothing when you get here?
How it works
When you have selected your items, proceed to the checkout. Here you will have the option to select ‘Collect in Store’.
If the option ‘Collect for free from a (UK) store’ is selected, a list of available stores will be shown for you to choose from. Select the relevant store and the shipping address will pre-populate with the relevant details.
Simply complete your purchase. We will take care of the rest.
Collecting your items
When you have ordered your items on-line, you will receive an email confirming your order and the chosen collection point.
Once your order has been shipped to the selected store, we will confirm by email when the order will be available to collect (usually within 4 hours of receipt of this email).
You will need to take a copy of your E Mail confirmation (on paper or on your phone/mobile device) with you when you collect your items. For security reasons, we also ask that you present a valid form of ID such as a photo driving licence, work related ID card, bank card, etc.
Please Note: Orders will be held in store for a maximum period of 28 days. After this time the order will be returned to the Website Customer Service team who will contact you for further instructions. If your visit is delayed and you wish us to hold the parcel in store for a longer period of time, please contact us on 01208-869924 or email@example.com and we will be happy to make the arrangements to hold the parcel in store for you.
