Thermal lined, but not too thick to pull on easily. Fits under my tight fitting wetsuit well. High at the neck and low at the back for maximum coverage. Worn just once so far.

Very pleased with the top. I get cold very quickly in the water and on my daughhter's advice thought I'd try it. Perfect for keeping me warmer when swimming with the grandchildren!
