To earn Loyalty Points on a store purchase, the Loyalty Card should be presented at the till point at the time of purchase.

In the event that you have forgotten the card, we can add the points on afterwards for you, providing that the transaction took place not more than 21 days prior to your request.  Unfortunately, after 21 days has elapsed, the points must be considered as ‘lost’.

Please take a picture of the store till receipt and E Mail this through to together with a note of your Loyalty Card number.  Our Customer Service Team will confirm once the points have been added; please note this can take up to 48 hours during busy periods.


To earn Loyalty Points for an on-line purchase, all you need to do is sign into your Ann’s Cottage account where the Loyalty Card is attached and the points will be added automatically when the order is completed on our system.
