In line with the recent government guidelines, Ann’s Cottage are excited to open our store doors on April 12th. Until then, we are still taking online orders which will be processed as normal with safety to our staff as paramount, but delivery options may be restricted.

We will continue to interact with our Ann’s Cottage community through our social channels at @annscottagesurf, whether you need a glimpse of Cornwall to brighten your day or are just looking for some inspiration. We are here for you. Please stay safe and take great care of yourselves and your loved ones.


We are processing returns in adherence to government safety policies and therefore our return process is taking longer than usual. Please allow up to 21 days for your refund to be processed. We really appreciate your understanding and patience during this very difficult time.

If you have bought an item from a store that you would like to return, all store returns have been extended to incorporate the length of this lockdown.. 

If you are shielding or would prefer not to venture to a post office or post-box then we totally understand.  Please send us an email to and just let us know and we can extend your return period to incorporate the entire lockdown period. 


Deliveries may take a little longer, both within the UK and worldwide. The safety of our staff is paramount and processing orders is also taking a little longer than usual but the postal staff and logistics companies are also working in very difficult circumstances. Please, please be patient and respect the efforts of all involved to get your orders to you and that there may be some delays.

UK - Please allow 3-5 working days for your parcel to arrive (although most will arrive a lot quicker)

ROW – Please allow up to 21 working days for your parcel to arrive (although most will arrive a lot quicker)
