Any item bought from 1st November can be returned up until 15th January 2023, if it’s unwanted or unsuitable. Please return your item unused and in original condition (including all labels and tags intact) with proof of purchase and we’ll give you a refund, as long as your returned product meets our terms and conditions.
For orders placed from December 16th 2022, our normal 30 days returns period applies.
FREE UK Returns via Royal Mail
To return an item using our FREE UK returns, simply click the below RETURNS PORTAL button, where you will be able to generate your FREE returns label. All you will need is your Order ID, Name and Address *.
*If your item is over-sized (bodyboard, large luggage etc) and arrived with Parcel Force, you will need to contact our customer service team on 01208 869924 or email email@example.com , who will then arrange for Parcel Force to collect the item from an address of your choice.
Return via an Ann's Cottage Store
You can return your items to one of our shops but please note that the shop will only be able to act as a post office, and will not be able to process any returned items in any way (exchange or refunds). Please ensure your order ID details are included with the items. Your returned parcel will be processed by the web team as soon as it reaches the website office (within 2 working days).
We only ever want you to be 100% happy and satisfied with your purchase from Ann's Cottage. If you're not, then we're not. This is why we offer totally FREE UK Returns.
We are happy to accept returns within 30 days of ordering.
Please return your item unused and in its original condition (including all labels and tags intact) with your proof of purchase and we’ll happily refund you. Items that do not meet our returns terms and conditions may not be refunded.
We are happy to refund your unwanted goods but we do not offer exchanges. If you wish to swap for a different size, colour or product, a new order will have to be placed online.
We do not refund delivery postage unless the goods are faulty.
Any faulty wetsuit and/or wetsuit accessories being returned for inspection must be returned in a washed, clean and dry condition. Any faulty item returned not in this condition may be refused and returned to sender.
The cost of returning items to the UK lies with the customer. We suggest that you opt for a tracked or signed for service as we will be unable to process any refund until the item has arrived back with us.
