Simple UK Returns via Royal Mail
We are happy to accept returns within 30 days of ordering. Please return your item, unused, in its original condition (including all labels and tags in tact) with your proof of purchase and we will happily refund you.
To return an item simply click the below RETURNS PORTAL button, where you will be able to generate your returns label. All you will need is your Order ID, Name and Address *. Please Note that this is a chargeable service and costs £3. This will be deducted from your refund upon completion of your return.
For returns with a value of £300 or more we reccomend using a tracked and signed for service of your choice.
** Please note that all returns are the responsibilty of the sender and no refunds can be processed until the goods are received back with our returns department **
*If your item is over-sized (bodyboard, large luggage etc) and arrived with FedEx, you will need to contact our customer service team on 01208 869924 or email email@example.com , who will then arrange for FedEx to collect the item from an address of your choice.
Return via an Ann's Cottage Store
You can return your items to one of our shops but please note that the shop will only be able to act as a post office, and will not be able to process any returned items in any way (exchange or refunds). Please ensure your order ID details are included with the items. Your returned parcel will be processed by the web team as soon as it reaches the website office (within 5 working days).
We only ever want you to be 100% happy and satisfied with your purchase from Ann's Cottage. If you're not, then we're not.

We are happy to refund your unwanted goods but we do not offer exchanges. If you wish to swap for a different size, colour or product, a new order will have to be placed online.
We do not refund delivery postage unless the goods are faulty.
The cost of returning items to the UK lies with the customer. We suggest that you opt for a tracked or signed for service as we will be unable to process any refund until the item has arrived back with us.
