We are happy to refund your goods but we do not offer exchanges. If you wish to swap for a different size, colour or product, a new order will have to be placed online. We do not refund postage unless the goods are faulty.
Please return your item unused and in original condition (including all labels and tags intact) with proof of purchase and we’ll give you a refund, as long as your returned product meets our terms and conditions.
We are happy to accept returns within 30 days of ordering. The items must be unused/unworn, including all labels and tags intact, they need to be in the same condition as to when you received them.
Return via Royal Mail
A return form is included on the reverse of the invoice which was included in your parcel. If you are unable to find it, click the button below and you will be directed to the Ann's Cottage Return Portal on the Royal Mail Website. Once on the portal, you can create a return label. Please ensure you include your name and address details with the items. The parcel can then be dropped at any Post Office to come back to us.
If your item arrived with Parcel Force i.e Bodyboards, large luggage, you will need to contact our customer service team on 01208 869924 or Email on firstname.lastname@example.org as we will need to arrange a Parcel Force collection.
Return via a Ann's Cottage Store
You can return your items to one of our shops but please note that the shop will only be able to act as a post office, they will not be able to deal with the returned items in any way (exchange or refund of money). Please ensure your order details are included with the items. Your returned parcel will be processed by the Web Team as soon as it reaches the Website Office (within 2 working days).
The cost of returning items to the UK lies with the customer. We suggest that you opt for a tracked or signed for service as we will be unable to process any refund until the item has arrived back with us.
